Laura is an experienced, HCPC and MCSP registered Chartered Physiotherapist with over 10 years experience of treating clients with a wide range of injuries/problems.
Her specialties are musculoskeletal, sports injuries, rehabilitation, sports massage and Pilates. She is qualified and registered with the AACP to offer both acupuncture and cosmetic acupuncture.
Laura has a personal interest in the equestrian world and offers Rider Symmetry Assessments, with the aim to improve rider function and performance.
1:1 or duet Pilates classes are available on request using a variety of small and large equipment. Laura took her qualification under the APPI.
Laura moved to the UK from Ireland to attend Leeds Metropolitan University, gaining her Honors Degree. She followed a career path in the UK, subsequently meeting and marrying her husband. They have two children.
Laura has a keen interest in horse riding, having ridden for over 30 years and owned a variety of horses and ponies in that time. Laura enjoys working out, scuba diving and reading.
